I'm reviving this old journal I wrote years ago, in the hopes of perhaps helping out some portrait photographers and models
This article is simply a few tips and advice from me to photographers and models on dA, I tried to keep it basic and not go too much into detail, there is probably a lot more that I could have added but I think this is helpful enough, at least I hope so

-You have a lot of things to take care of, especially if your model is an amateur/totally new to modeling.
-It is important to establish what type of relationship you're going to have with your model, prior to shooting. You should discuss the limits of what your model is comfortable with, for example whether they're okay with you touching them to help them get into a good pose, or whether they mind you taking shots from a certain angle, whether they're open to suggestions, what type of environment makes them comfortable while shootin
